Soda, Zino Sheete, Tin Plates and Hoes, but regarding the Zinc Sheets, we are informed that these were sent out in error owing to a mistake made in the order. Apparently it had been intended to order "Zinc-ed" Sheets, meaning either corrugated or galvanised
iron.
d. A very considerable trade in Petroleum Oil and Wax has been done with Hong Kong, same being shipped from Texas via the Panama Canal. Invoices ato. all indicate that the shipment was actually to Hong Kong, and there is nothing to suggest any ulterior destination.
Should you desire further information on the points mentioned herein, we will do our best to furnish same, and will make a complete investigation should you now desire this to be done.
